Shipping & customs information
Shopping in the UK with Nekotronics is easy as we are UK based. There is no VAT or import fees.
- All orders to the EU have to be over the value of £135, orders below this will be canceled. This is due to new post brexit rules.
- If you would like to order items with total below £135 to EU please use our reverb or ebay store
- Nekotronics does not charge VAT
- VAT will be charged & handled via your countries customs, usually via the courier
- VAT will be charged at the countries local rate
- No VAT will be charged on USA orders
- There is no customs fees / tariff’s on USA bound orders
- USA orders usually pass customs with no issues
